We ship across Canada (with the exception Quebec) and to the United States from our location in Fort Langley.
If you are a local and select "Pickup", your items will be ready for pickup at our store within 2 business days.

Bella & Wren does not guarantee delivery dates at any time for orders outside of Canada. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders needed by a particular date, please make sure to order well in advance to account for delivery delays due to customs processing.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you (if available).
Duties & Taxes
All import taxes, duties and related customs fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer and will not be covered by Bella & Wren. Please check with local customs prior to ordering.
Bella is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight couriers after they have been dispatched.
Bella & Wren cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Delivery issues must be reported within 1 week of posted delivery confirmation from courier tracking.
Bella & Wren is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and is the customer's responsibility to cover the additional shipping charges incurred for undeliverable parcels. The customer will also be responsible for second delivery attempt charges.
All orders are shipped with the base level insurance associated with the selected shipping service. Priority™, Xpresspost™, and Expedited Parcel™ services (including Prepaid products) include up to $100 liability coverage against loss or damage. We recommend requesting the purchase of additional insurance on your orders of high value, as standard insurance may only cover a portion of your orders value in the event it is lost/ stolen during transit. Orders of high value will require a signature upon delivery. Oversized/ overweight packages and orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.
