Warranty
If a piece is found to be defective (e.g., missing stone, clasp issue, plating anomaly, or failed solder), it may be brought to the store within 60 days of purchase, at a manager’s discretion, for a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Any damage that occurs after the 60-day period, or damage resulting from wear and tear (e.g., chipped stone, misshapen item, tarnishing, torn chain, or use of cleaning solutions) within the 60-day period, is not eligible for a replacement, return, exchange, or store credit.
Care Instructions
Shower in it. Swim in it. Sweat in it. Sleep in it.
The only exception:
Avoid harsh chemicals (cleaners, perfumes, etc.) to preserve the finish.
Material
Salt and Sea pieces are made of 18k gold and 14k gold PVD plated stainless steel.
