Refunds can be issued in-store within 7 days of purchase or an Exchange/Credit can be issued in-store within 14 days of purchase if the return item is in the following condition:
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags on. It must not have been washed, worn or damaged.
- All sale items purchased over 20% off, bodysuits, intimates, cosmetics, jewellery and scarves are final sale.
Bring the return item and original receipt to the store and we will issue either a Refund, Exchange or Credit according to the policy stated above.
Note: Bella & Wren has the right to deny a refund if the item is not in the condition stated above.
For online orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order and we will confirm your request for a Refund, Exchange or Credit according to the policy stated above.
For exchanges, please include the new size you would prefer. A $10 exchange shipping fee will be charged to the original form of payment.
Once a Return Number has been sent to you, please have the item returned within 10 days.
Note: If an item is returned damaged it may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
