If you are not in love with your gift this holiday season we are allowing unused items to be exchanged or placed on a store credit up until January 17/2021. Please ensure the items still have the original tags attached accompanied by receipt/gift receipt.
Refunds can be issued in-store within 7 days of purchase or an Exchange/Credit can be issued in-store within 14 days of purchase if the return item is in the following condition:Returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags on. It must not have been washed, worn or damaged.
Bring the return item and original receipt to the store and we will issue either a Refund, Exchange or Credit according to the policy stated above.
SALE items with a discount over 20% are FINAL SALE.
Note: Bella & Wren has the right to deny a refund if the item is not in the condition stated above.
For online orders, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order and we will confirm your request for a Refund, Exchange or Credit according to the policy stated above.
For exchanges, please include the new size you would prefer. A $10 exchange shipping fee will be charged to the original form of payment.
Once your return is confirmed via email, please have the item returned within 10 days.
Note: If an item is returned damaged it may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
