How sustainable is linen?

Linen is made from the fibres of the flax plant and is one of the most biodegradable fabrics, especially when untreated (not dyed).

Not only is linen extremely versatile, being used for apparel, upholstery, household goods, and more, but so is the plant it is derived from! Every part of the flax plant is used, plus it takes far less water to grow them than it does cotton.

We are excited to introduce a new line of linen household products at the boutique including tea towels, napkins, table cloths and throws! Click here to shop.
